If you have worked for any period of time you will know how it feels like to be kept out of the loop. When major decisions are made in your absence, important emails are sent without you being copied, meetings set when you are not available etc. There are many ways of forgetting someone who needs to be remembered. Then salt is rubbed on the wound when you are asked to execute decisions made without your input. If just reading this brings back some raw memories, imagine how the Lord feels. He is always consulted last.
