On my first day at this job I remember telling myself how out of practice and Rusty I was and how I needed to work really hard to get back in the ‘game’…I took it like the first day of school in a new class. With an open mind to learn everything I could.
I was given the kindest head of department ever; with his own plan to teach me EVERYTHING he knows. I didn’t ask him. He did not know my plan. But from the first day I felt like God had assigned me a mentor.
Today, he literally had a book at my desk explaining to me things that to be honest, left me confused…but in the midst of my confusion I want to thank God that he put me here at this very time. 🙂
